Senior Program Coordinator
Leslie Allen (she/her) is a Senior Program Coordinator in the DukeLIFE (Lower Income, First Generation Engagement) Office.
She manages program logistics, supports student engagement, and serves as a main point of contact for students and campus partners. She coordinates programs like the LIFE Peer Mentoring Program, ASCEND, the Welcome Tailgate, and the DukeLIFE Fall Retreat.
Leslie has worked at Duke University for the past ten years, first with graduate students at the Law School and later at Fuqua. She is excited to now support undergraduate students and help them build community, confidence, and a strong start at Duke.
Leslie is originally from Mexico and earned a degree in International Relations and an MBA. She loves learning about different cultures and languages.
Outside of work, she enjoys hiking with her dog Boston and spending time at the lake with family and friends.
