Jaqueline Villanueva Govea

Co-President

Meet Jaqueline Villanueva Govea (also goes by Jackie), serving as this year’s other co-president of Duke LIFE. She is a junior from Houston, Texas, pursuing a major in Medical Sociology with a minor in Chemistry. After graduating and a gap year or two, she plans to attend medical school. She is excited to take on the role of Co-President for Duke LIFE to grow and advocate more for the community and looks forward to a great year with lots of fun in store for the student org. Outside of Duke LIFE,  Jackie also serves on the executive board of the Cardea Fellows Program, is a Duke Presidential Ambassador on Campus, and does research in a microbiology lab.
